DPD Locker Pickup — How It Works
- At checkout, select DPD Locker as your delivery method and choose your preferred locker location.
- Once your parcel arrives at the locker, you will receive an SMS or email notification with a unique pickup code.
- Visit the locker, enter your code on the keypad, and collect your order. Parcels are held for 3 calendar days — please collect promptly to avoid return shipping.
DPD lockers are available across Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Germany, Netherlands, and Poland.
Customs & Duties
All orders shipped within the European Union (Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and most of our European destinations) are not subject to customs duties — VAT is included in the product price at checkout.
Orders to non-EU countries (United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Moldova, Israel) may be subject to import duties and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
